POP Site Connectivity Loss

We've lost connectivity to a POP site in the Northern Quarter engineers are working on the issue now.

  • The router has remained stable since our intervention, we will be applying some configuration changes this evening to reduce the probability of a repeat occurrence.

  • We have found the the specific network protocol and device causing the issue, the issue has been resolved by restarting the process however we continue to investigate the cause.

  • The site continues to operate normally, as the restorative action included a firmware update we do not expect a re-occurrence. We apologise for any downtime incurred.
