Unfortunately the logs do not show any cause for the reboot event. All router heuristics look normal both before and after the event, traffic load was normal and there was no CPU/Memory/IO spike. The router is on UPS protected power and there is no indication of any abnormality in the supply.
There is a pending software update for the device which we will be implementing in the next 2 weeks.
We're also planning a maintenance window for this router in the next 2 months to do a full upgrade of the cabinet to improve airflow.
The downtime was caused by an aggregation router rebooting, we're investigating the root cause now and we will update this incident when complete.
A potential fix has been implemented and our engineering team is now testing the system to make sure the issue has been successfully resolved.
This incident has been logged and our team is now working to diagnose and fix the problem.
